Shipping policy

SHIPPING

  • Shipping rates are calculated at the time of purchase.
  • All orders are shipped between Tuesday and Friday.
  • Orders are processed one to two operating days after payment has been received.
  • Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be processed on the following Tuesday at the earliest.
  • Customers will receive an email with the courier tracking number once their order has been shipped.
  • We only ship within Canada.
  • We DO NOT ship to P.O. boxes.
  • We DO NOT ship orders with Canada Post.
  • Once a package leaves the store, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged products. Claims must be made directly through the courier service (we can assist you with this process).

 

IN-STORE PICK-UP

  • Orders for pick-up are processed one to two operating days after payment has been received.
  • Customers will receive an email once their order is ready to be picked up.
  • Orders can be picked up at the shop during store hours.
  • Customers must show a receipt (proof of purchase) when picking up an order.
